I’m your coach, Megan!

I’m a NASM-certified nutrition coach, as well as certified in prenatal and postpartum specialties.

My biggest objective is to help others understand life is a PART the plan when it comes to goals. We work to make choices that move us forward and create confidence in our ability to do so.

I’m the coach that will always remind you of the promises you made to yourself, using a supportive and nonjudgmental approach.

BUT, you’ll also hear some tough love. Life is tough my friend, but so are you.

Stop the yo-yo dieting cycle.

One of the biggest struggles I see with clients is the mental side of nutrition.

The current trends that over-restrict or cut out entire food groups leave many of us on and off the “diet” train. We end up fearing foods or feeling lost as to what a balanced day of eating ACTUALLY looks like.

This where I spend a lot of time re-framing how we view food. How we can eat foods we love and still see the physical results we are after. The bonus is the confidence clients feel along the way.
