  • This is a Community

    While there is a little competition, we’re all here to cheer each other on. I expect you to respect others as well as lean on them when you need help.

  • Be Ready to Work

    We will set clear and defined goals with weekly actions needed to achieve them. Be ready for some homework. No late assignments accepted.

  • You Get What You Give

    This is not a “hold your hand” program. It’s extra education and accountability. If you want results from it, you will need to take action each week.

  • Tough Love

    There is never any judgment but there is reality. I will tell you what you need to hear when you need to hear it. Always out of love. Always with your goals in mind.

  • This Takes TIME

    I cannot guarantee a timeline for your goal. The body needs time to adapt, I need time to get to know you, and you need time to learn the skills required to be successful long term.

  • Leadership by Example

    I will never ask you to do something I wouldn’t or use a product I don’t fully back. If you’re working you can expect me to be doing the same right alongside you.
